New to triathlon and want help getting ready?
Get a 12-week training plan written specifically for new triathletes. Professional Triathlete and Coach, Cait Christly has designed this plan with beginners in mind, building gradually and including SIX in-person group training sessions at the Columbia River Triathlon race site.
Each package includes:
- 12-Week sprint-triathlon training plan delivered in PDF format
- 6 in-person, coach-led group training sessions
- Coach-guided transition practice
- BC endurance T-shirt
- 10% discount code for registration for Columbia River Triathlon or Girlfriends!
- Program starts on Saturday May 18th with a Bike 101 and first group ride.

After we get your email we will send over the waiver and Venmo link to make payment. Once you have returned the waiver and made payment we will send you the discount code to register for the race. The links are below for the Columbia River and Girlfriends triathlon.
You will receive the 12 week training plan the week prior to the program beginning.
